The fantasies inside us
Fantasy is our special ability. There is no difference between imagination and reality for our brain – we can experience strong emotions, whether they are happening or we are imagining them to happen.
Sexual fantasies are very valuable and beloved by me – I can do whatever I want, with whom and where I want. My imagination carries me like a magic carpet. I can live a dream, run away from the reality and edit things according to my taste, solve any problem, fill the gaps … ultimately my own reality is just mine, but is it tangible to others – should I care?
I would call it a “case of Castanedsky” 🙂
I read somewhere that the “center of imagination” consists of 12 separate elements scattered all over the human brain and scientists have compiled a detailed map of the interrelationships between these elements. If this is a highly sophisticated system, it works very flexibly and is able to change its configuration in solving different mental tasks. In addition, in such cases, one of these 12 areas (called the MTL point) assumes a role as a conductor in the work of the imagination center.
I have no idea if this is true or not, but I like to see fantasy as an orchestra playing music that changes according to our emotions. Can you imagine music related to excitement, touch, kissing, penetration, orgasm … so many sensations, so many different sounds …
Any fantasy related to sexual energy comes from an inner need. Probably its origin can be different, super diversified and unclear to us, to our rational part.
We often experience shame and a sense of guilt when we enjoy something – we consider it bad, mad, perverse.
And it’s happening to me as well.
But I want to write about it.
With the important clarification that I release my imagination, not the real practices.
But who knows? 🙂
